Grapevine 3 Support

Upon release of the new system, all pre-2010 purchasers of the Version 2 will be offered the upgrade to Version 3 free of charge - data transfer from V2 to V3 will be included (provided the data from Version 2 can be made available to MTB Software, by disk or e-mail).

Technical support and updates for the new system will continue to be provided for the duration of any remaining portion of their support contract plus an allowance for the transition period after release of Version 3.
